BM Bar Bending Machines are specially design as per the Indian working conditions with all requiredsafety. We use advance CNC Laser cutting, CNC turning and VMC for manufacturing parts.We use Three stage  Planetory gearbox design, which helps in reducing speed and improving theperformance, also alloy steel material of gears and pin with suitable heat treatment and flame hardeningimproves the life of the gearbox & machine.Specially designed electrical braking circuit which safety stops the motor and which eliminates need of Brakemotor, thus reducing breakdown and maintenance of changing brake liners.We are using all electrical components with CE certified and reputed make (Schneider, L&T). Use of importedheavy duty foot switch with a top cover for protection from falling debris & material at sites.These machines are provided with wheels for easy movement at site.
